Returns

Made to order — no change-of-mind returns

Every cap is produced specifically for your order. We don't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference. Please review the product details carefully before ordering.

Production defects

If your cap arrives with a production defect — incorrect embroidery, damaged material, or similar — we'll replace it free of charge. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery: info@mycaply.com.
